The Restaurant & Employee's Are Great! 5 stars all the way. The App... on the other hand is complete garbage. Tested on multiple phones, The App crashes most of the time upon opening and if it just happens to open on the hundredth attempt, then once you tap anything once, it crashes. Clearing Cache & Data / Reinstalling has allowed The App to work for a few minutes once, but then starts crashing again. Basically The App is useless, screenshot your rewards barcode and order online to save yourself the headache. Lastly, the scanning wouldn't work for me either.

Shockingly abysmal! The old version was perfectly well designed and well executed, and I had even pointed out how much better it was than every competitor's app. This new app has an awkward design language. The user experience is appalling. I was probably one of the few who successfully migrated my reward points over, based on the other reviews, but I still can NOT pay for my orders using the gift card I have on record (and loaded with money). Why?! I'm severely disappointed.

Edit 11/19/19 - 4 stars They've updated the app and there's SOME improvements but they took away the ability to pay directly from your credit card - you have to buy a gift card of a monetary amount. They added online ordering, which is great, so theoretically I don't have to wait in the drive thru for 30-45 minutes (yeah, that's what it always is. Even if there's only two cars in front.) I want to be able to add pepper jack cheese to my burger but not an option. Add the ability for 5 star rating
